Key Terms of Agreement
Key Terms - Full terms and conditions, which you must agree with will be sent separately as part of our onboarding process.
In Summary:
Goods are stored at Your sole risk. BNKer accepts no responsibility towards the Goods, nor offers or provides any insurance of Goods. You must ensure Goods are insured at all times.
Agreement type: This is a monthly recurring contract that runs continuously until cancelled.
Notice period: at least 30 days’notice in writing must be provided to cancel this Agreement. You will have access to Your Unit until 11pm on the one month anniversary of Your last payment.
You MUST be an owner occupier or a named party of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, of the building or development where the Unit is located.
You must provide us with a copy of valid photo ID such as drivers license or passport.
The Unit cannot be used as part of a trade or business
You own or are authorised to store the Goods.
Storage Fees must be paid in advance and on time.
If You fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement, BNKer has certain rights which include keeping Your deposit, the right to cancel access to Your allocated Unit, to seize and sell and/or dispose of Your goods.
You must keep the Unit secure.
You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
You must check the Unit is suitable for storing the Goods and must periodically inspect the unit, at least every 90 days to check for damage and report concerns to BNKer.
BNKer’s liability for loss of and damage to Goods is limited to £100.
BNKer may use and share Your personal and other data in certain circumstances.
You can cancel the contract within 14 days from signing up (cooling-off period). If cancelled during this period a refund will be provided based on the length of storage taken prior to cancelling.
You consent to being contacted by SMS, Email and post in relation to this agreement and for the purpose of notifying You of other services from time to time. If You do not wish to be notified of other services please email office@bnker.co.uk.
You must provide the details of an Emergency Contact whom BNKer can contact in the event of an emergency or a total loss of contact with Customer.
You must make all payments by credit or debit card.
You must provide us with a copy of valid photo ID and proof of address.
